Dear valued customers,

Each of our services have a policy outlined on the booking page. Please read our policies before making an appointment.

Below are some overall policy:

⁃ We CANNOT guarantee long lasting refills if the original fill was done by another studio, nails bitter, and short nails are not in a good condition.

⁃ Nails that are either more than 30 days old or half grown will be charged at full price; 40 days old will be charged at full price and removal.

- We are able to switch your booked services to remove and new set if your current set is not in a good condition after colour removal, we will notice you before we start a different service.

- Free repair: shellac polish within 5 days, artificial nails within 10 days, gems within 7 days.

- We always confirm that you are ok in every single steps before we curve your nails so extra charge for nails fix if shellac service with nails broken, change designs or fix/re-do design once we are done.

⁃ A $15 charge will be applied for reducing the nail length from long to short.

- We can cancel your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late, in order to ensure we still can take you if you’re late, please kindly give us a call!

- Each technician has a different price of design, it’s depending on their skills and their efforts.

- No show, cancelation or reschedule in last minute more than 3 times = deposit will be require!
